Still Time to Register to Attend Summit 2012 in ChicagoThere is limited space to attend the 2012 Financial Literacy and Education Summit in person, but there is still time to register. The sixth annual event, co-hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Visa Inc., features Michelle Caruso-Cabrera, CNBC's Chief International Correspondant. Visa Inc. Survey: Americans Spending Less on Valentine's Day this YearLove is on a budget in 2012, with a new survey by Visa Inc. finding that Americans will spend less on Valentine's Day gifts, flowers, dining and other items this year. Americans plan on spending $117 this Valentine's Day, down 3 percent from $121 in 2011. Spending for women has gone down 14 percent from 2011 spending. Read more
